PLAYER Evaluation Request

If you're interested in setting up an evaluation with one of our competitive teams , please complete the info below.  After submitting the form, you will receive an email with potential date(s) for an evaluation. During the tryout, players will have the chance to participate in a practice session with our team. 

For players 2014 and older, it is strongly advised that only those with previous experience

 in competitive soccer participate in the tryout.
